The Boys to Men Breakfast Empowerment Retreat offer young males in grades 5-12, the opportunity to take part in interactive, educational workshops presented by community leaders from various professions and academic disciplines. The purpose of the Boys to Men Breakfast Empowerment Retreat is to provide resources for personal and professional growth, challenge young males to raise their expectations, promote responsible and respectable characteristics and encourage a post-high school education, so they may achieve their goals and have a positive impact on their lives and the lives of others and communities.

The presenters will share academic and professional experiences during the concurrent sessions. Participants will attend sessions from a variety of topics including: College and Career Readiness, Financial Literacy, Drug and Alcohol Education, Responsible Character Building and Social Justice.
